María is a sassy Puerto Rican who loves romance and enjoys reading in her free time. She is a Spanish teacher by day and a writer by night. María has a fantastic husband who is better than any book boyfriend and three amazing kids.

In addition to her collaborative work with her best friend Tandy as Maria Tandy, María Esther also writes as a solo author. While she will continue to create amazing books with Tandy, she is excited to share another side of her writing with everyone.
